PINOT NERO DOC MURAGNE
Our Piedmont DOC Pinot Nero is made entirely from Pinot Nero grapes.
The selection of grapes takes place with manual harvest, followed by crushing and destemming.
Fermentation is performed with 8-day maceration at a controlled temperature.
The wine is aged for 18 months in barriques and 12 months in the bottle.
The color is ruby red.
On the nose there are spicy notes of tobacco, black pepper and vanilla, followed by fruity sensations of ripe cherries and wild berries.
In the mouth it is dry, dry with marked tannins and a bitter finish.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
Pairings: It goes well with elaborate main courses, red meats, kid, braised meats and game, long-seasoned and marbled cheeses.
