Thanks to the use of soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures, we guarantee the transfer to the must of all the best aromatic molecules present in the grapes, as well as the typical pink color, obtained with maceration of whole grapes for a few hours at low temperature. The wine, sparkling base, is fermented in an autoclave with the Charmat method for a period of about 60-80 days. Clarifying and cold tartaric stabilization operations followed by subsequent isobaric bottling.
Bright pinkish color with a fine and persistent perlage. Hints of rose, cherry and red fruit. Harmonious, persistent, lively on the palate with a pleasant acidulous sensation and notes of black cherry and cherry. It has a long finish and brings with it slight soft notes.
Perfect with shellfish, raw fish and also very spicy fish soups. It goes well with pizza and salami. It is a wine to be tasted in any occasion and context. Perfect for an aperitif or for a toast at the end of a meal.
